In this role as Investor Relations Director you will join a strong and dynamic Finance team based in central London and you will be reporting directly to the CFO and work closely with the co-CEOs. The Finance team is a very strong asset to the group and, together with the Head of Group Finance, Head of Group Tax, Group Treasurer and Head of Internal Audit, you will be joining a team of like-minded individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and  international environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders. You are also responsible for creating the appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics, as well as for providing a very compelling investor relations roadmap.


For this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to carefully manage relationships outside the company in the equity research and investor community.


You will need to have significant Investor Relations experience and exposure, ideally as Head of an IR team, to be able to build a function from scratch. We would also consider your application if you are an established IR professional looking to step up in your career development and are ready to take on the lead role.


As a newly listed business, you will play a strategic role in supporting the development of our shareholder base as existing investors choose to sell down and assist the Management Board in establishing the Group as a well-regarded public company over time.



  • You will be owning and managing the relationships with current and prospective investors on behalf of the Management Board which includes owning investor communications, building and running an active and data-driven investor targeting programme and investor & analyst education.
  • One of your goals will be for the market to understand the Group`s strategy, consumer markets, investment case and progress on delivery.
  • As an initial focus you will also be creating an effective investor relations programme that will support this transition. 
  • Ensure that the Group meets its regulatory obligations for investor communications and generally complies with market standards and the standards set by our peers.
  • Build open and trusting relationships directly with key investors including a strong feedback process. 
  • Build effective relationships with sell-side and buy-side analysts.  Building coverage beyond the initial four banks who worked on the IPO will be important.
