The Group Shared Functions (GSF) support the growth of all our eCommerce companies #regionfirst. Our Shared Function offices are in London, Berlin and Luxembourg and we also have teams based in the regional offices across Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia and Sydney. We are a team of over 100 people working in Legal, Finance, People & Culture, Buying and Tech.

In this role of Brand Marketing Partnership Manager you will be joining GFG`s International Buying team in our central London offices. You will be the marketing expert and you will be conversant in all aspects of both online and offline marketing as well as being the liaison between the GFG`s regional CMO`s, marketing teams and the International Buying team in London. 

This is a very important role as the team is pushing hard for co-operation marketing contributions with strategic brand partners and we need someone who can support them both to present marketing initiatives and proposals and help support the commercial discussions around marketing investment. We are looking for a qualified (CIM or equivalent) marketing professional with experience or a high achieving graduate with a drive to grow themselves and GFG.



  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and collaboration/influencing skills with key partners
  • Deliver programmes in line with business priorities and in collaboration with global teams working with key brand partners to identify relevant opportunities
  • You will be responsible for the strategic management of key Brand Partner marketing workstreams, planning full marketing/editorial calendars and working with the regional stakeholders to prepare seasonal brand specific marketing campaigns for the top 25 brands. Your role will be to maximise joint opportunities with them across the different regions where GFG operates. 
  • You will be responsible for supporting the brand partnership managers in leveraging the relationships with these key brand partners and generate the best return for investment into joint campaigns and marketing activities  events with these organisations. 
  • Working with key stakeholders in the business across the regions to develop marketing plans in line with business objectives and analysing and reporting on this activity. 
  • You will assist in evolving the brand across all media and marketing channels. 
  • You will be involved in liaising with multiple business functions including business unit heads to ensure consistency of message. 



  • Proven success in delivering key programmes effectively with ROI, working with senior stakeholders, leadership and external parties
  • Experience in a hands-on marketing role, delivering programmes and development of marketing assets
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with experience tracking, reporting and creating status updates
